SUBSTANCE: method of modification of vinyl- and butadiene-based monomers consists in introducing organic oxygen-containing additive into latex after polymerization and degassing stages; used as organic oxygen- containing additive is product on base of dioxane alcohols and their high- boiling esters which is obtained through topping light fraction from floatation agent-axle at boiling point of 115-160 C and pressure of 5-100 mm Hg, or product on base of high-boiling esters of dioxane alcohols in the amount of 5-25 mas.pts per 100 mas.pts by mass of dry agent of latex.
