FIELD: organic and petrochemical synthesis. SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises thermofluidizing waste at 270-420 C and under pressure 1 to 6 MPa in hydrocarbon solvent. The latter is one or more alylbenzenes which include "crude benzene" distillation product at solvent to waste weight ratio of 2-4:1 in the presence of rare earth metal or rare earth metal based intermetallides, or in the presence of titanium hydride in amount of 0.5 to 10 % by weight of reaction mixture. The claimed method makes it possible to enhance degree of conversion of waste, increase yield of liquid products including fractions with boiling temperature of not higher than 200 C as well as to obtain highly aromatized liquid products with low content of organosulfur and unsaturated compounds and with high content of isoalkanes, cycloalkanes, hydroaromatic components responsible for high octane number of fractions with boiling temperature of not higher than 200 C. EFFECT: more efficient treatment method. 5 cl, 1 tbl
