FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: in a fluidized-bed reactor, reaction product is subjected to evaporative high-pressure separation followed by evaporative middle-pressure separation. Liquid needed to maintain fluidized bed is formed on passing the liquid obtained after high- pressure separation through eductor into the liquid obtained after middle-pressure separation. Fluidized bed maintaining liquid is directed into reactor to increase catalyst bed volume to 110-200 vol % as compared to the volume of stationary catalyst bed. Such recirculation maintains the best pressure balance, whereas entrained catalyst particles are returned into reactor and do not get into other equipment.
