FIELD: radio communications including cellular systems mounted on mobile transport or used by walking pedestrians. SUBSTANCE: system has base station communicating with set of mobile stations by means of first set of channels to transmit sound and second set of channels for data transmission; first set of channels is a number of channel groups of similar frequency band to provide for operation of each group on separate frequency in frequency-division multiple access mode; all channels of same group are meant for operation at carrier frequency using code-division multiple access. Each channel of second set can operate at carrier frequencies of first-set channels using code-division multiple access; frequency band of second-set channels corresponds to that shared by at least several groups of first-set channels.
