FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of plasmaphoresis in patients with hypercoagulating hemostasis shifts (the 1-st stage of DVS-syndrome). Rheopolyglucin (1/3 plasma substitution volume) and freshly frozen donor plasma (2/3 plasma substitution volume) are used as compared with prototype where donor plasma is used only. Plasmaphoresis exhibits normalizing effect on hemostasis, decreases requirement for donor plasma and does not show negative effect on hemogram, ionic and protein blood composition and immune status. EFFECT: decreased donor plasma consumption, enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
