SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent used in correction of homeostasis disorders in carrying out hemodilution using plasma-substituting solutions of the novel composition. Proposed solution contains crystalloid or colloidal plasma-substituting solution and inhibitor antithrombin III as inhibitor of the blood coagulating system. The proposed plasma-substituting composition provides avoiding complications in carrying out transfusion.
