SUBSTANCE: present invention describes compounds of general formula I: $$$ in the form of 22R and 22S-epimers wherein $$$ and $$$ are same of different and each is hydrogen atom or fluorine atom provided that $$$ and $$$ are not simultaneously hydrogen atoms. The present invention also describes methods of preparation of said compounds, pharmaceutical agents which comprise said compounds and use of said compounds for treating inflammatory and allergic diseases.
