FIELD: organic chemistry, steroids. SUBSTANCE: steroid esters of the formula (I) given in description or their stereoisomers can have double bond at position 1,2; R₁ - H, C₁-C₄-alkyl; R₂ - H, C₁-C₆-alkyl; R₃ - C₄-C₂₀-acyl; one of X₁ and X₂ - F and other - H or F at condition that R₁ and R₂ simultaneously - H or in the case of the presence of double bond at position 1,2 then R₁ - H and R₂ - C₁-C₆-alkyl, and R₃ - C₁₁-C₂₀-acyl. Compound (I) is synthesized by interaction of 21-hydroxy-derivative of compound (I) with compound of the formula R₄-COX where R₄ - C₃-C₁₉-alkyl; X - halogen or group -OOC-R₄ followed by if necessary by separation for stereoisomers. Compound (I) is used at the dose 10-1000 mcg as an active component in pharmaceutical composition and liposomes are used as a carrier.
