FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to manufacturing technology surface of parts are provided with triboelectroremelted and triboelectrochemical reinforced carbide-containing metal-ceramic shell coatings. During operation friction assemblies are coated with cutting fluid. Treated materials and articles are used in machines as triboelectrochemical devices and/or their components where ecologically clean cheap fluid common to all systems and mechanism is used instead of petroleum and other oils as electrolyte solution. In this case, checking and control of stabilization of tribosystem stationary condition in machines are effected by self-oscillating all-mode self-regulating feedback system. Every component may be used separately or in different combinations with other components of machine regeneration method. Economical efficiency of given method application is at least 1:100 - 1:1000. EFFECT: higher economical efficiency.
