FIELD: systems for increasing resource of mechanism with friction pairs.
SUBSTANCE: restored parts of tribosystem, namely cathode and soluble member - anode are made of materials with different intrinsic electrochemical potentials. Each soluble member - anode has individual system for controlling dissolution speed and it is provided with separate power source. Means for controlling restoration speed of worn parts of tribosystem provide possibility for regulating concentration, electric conductivity, temperature, composition of ion-generating liquid and also electric current, pressure in tribosystem and motion speed of its rubbing parts. Each soluble anode has individual drive unit for changing immersion depth and rotation. Apparatus includes processor for receiving signals of pickup and for controlling system for regulating dissolution speed of anodes at comparing it with predetermined value.
EFFECT: increased useful life period of different tribosystems due to enhanced resource of its rubbing members.
