FIELD: machine and mechanism elements.
SUBSTANCE: ion-forming liquid containing additives is supplied into area and voltage is applied to restored element of tribosystem, i.e. cathode, and to dissolving element, i.e. - anode. Anode is disposed in tribosystem. Parameters of tribosystem are inspected and if the parameters deviate from preset ones the current is changed in cathode-anode circuit. Pressure, temperature, noise and vibration in tribosystem are used as inspected parameters. Speed of restoration of tribosystem elements are adjusted by means of changing concentration, current conductivity and temperature, content of ion-forming liquid as well as quantity, quality and material of dissolving elements-anodes. To get desired quality of processing of friction surface the pressure and speed of shift of restored elements of tribosystem are subject to adjustment.
EFFECT: increased longevity of tribosystem working under high dynamic loads.
