FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rolling bearing comprises outer and inner races, balls, and seals to prevent leakage of a lubricant. Anodes are secured to the inner side of the seals. The anodes are insulated from the bearing housing and made of a metal or alloy. A conducting ion-forming liquid is used as a lubricant. The materials of the anode and bearing parts are chosen so as the difference of natural electric potentials of them provides reparation of the friction parts of the bearing in operation. Friction of the bearing parts contributes to electrochemical settling of the anode material on the wearing bearing surfaces. EFFECT: increased longevity. 3 cl, 1 dwg
