SUBSTANCE: carrier for active substance comprises microcrystalline cellulose and urea, or ammonium salt, or mixture thereof in weight ratio 2:1-1:5, respectively. Additionally, composition may comprise 1% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose used as suspension-forming agent. Method for preparing composition resides in mixing together all these components to obtain homogeneous suspension which is spray-dried till residual moisture content 1-3 wt.-%. Powder is subjected to compacting or extrusion to produce solid dosed from containing effective amount of biologically active, low-water-soluble principle with melting point at 1000 C, adjuvants and 28-63 wt.-% of carrier.
