FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopaedics.
SUBSTANCE: external fixation of pelvis is performed quickly. After general condition of stabilised, precise reduction and osteosynthesis of anterior pelvis is delayed by external structure. Threaded cover cores and short pins are closed perpendicular to anterior one-third of iliac crest while been inserted at depth approximately 6 cm. Then posterior pelvis is fixed by inserting compression cannulised threaded cover cores perpendicular to sacroiliac joint plane at depth approximately 3 cm of its width and iliac thickness within this region.
EFFECT: effective antishock aid in various periods of wound dystrophy.
