FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: reposition is conducted by displacing reposition-fixation elements of a splint against its framework-basis followed by its fixation. A splint has a P-shaped framework consisted of two parallel battens, popliteal envelopment, basis for foot designed as a channel-like foundation in lateral sides of which there are the grooves for thread ends of battens. Proximal cutting fragment is fixed with popliteal envelopment and perosseously inserted needle tightened between thread dowels fixed upon splint's battens with the help of couplings. Distal cutting fragment is fixed with the basis for foot being semi-mobile and due to perosseously inserted needle tightened between thread dowels fixed upon splint'' battens with the help of couplings. EFFECT: higher accuracy of reposition and reliability of fixation. 6 dwg
