Device is provided with pipe lines for delivery and discharge of coolant and lubricant. Secured on coolant and lubricant supply pipe line is hydrostatic pressure regulator. Pipe lines are provided with hydrodynamic radiators. Version is provided for fitting the nitrogen supply pipe line through gas static pressure regulator.
