FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a boring bar, an acoustic head with the case in the form of the magnetostrictive converter established in its case which is connected to the concentrator, a demountable emitter of ultrasound and an off-line system for feeding of cooling substance in the case of an acoustic head. The demountable emitter of ultrasound is executed in the form of a resonance wave guide and fixed on a concentrator back. Backs of a demountable emitter of ultrasound are executed in the form of the working tips, one of which is executed in the form of a spherical surface for a finish machining of surfaces, and another - in the form of a cutter for grinding. The acoustic head is fixed from the magnetostrictive converter on the boring bar. The slippings for current transmission in the device are fixed on the boring bar from an acoustic head opposite from an ultrasound emitter. The off-line system for feeding of cooling substance in the case of an acoustic head is executed in the form of, at least, one capacity having the union for filling by its cooling substance, the union for plum of cooling substance and the pump placed in a cavity of capacity.
