SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes underwater module housing fixtures to store, sort out, wash and deliver oozes and placers and their components to craft and floor module in the form of self-propelled car coupled to underwater module by means of flexible pipe-line that has actuating element in the form of drum-ripper with boring bits, protective housing and drive presenting direct-flow multistep hydraulic turbine operated by water. Underwater module having atmospheric pressure includes drum to roll on and off flexible pipe-line. EFFECT: ecologically clean plant characterized by high productivity. 3 dwg
