Abstract RU 2150004 C1

FIELD: mineral mining on bottoms of seas and oceans. SUBSTANCE: self-propelled car connected with hydraulic elevator includes frame, drive caterpillars, actuating member in the form of loosening drum with cutters on its surface, protective case and built-in drive in the form of straight-flow multistage hydraulic turbine, nozzle of hydraulically operated elevator installed for catching of loosened material in mixture with water flown from under loosening drum. Car is provided with water pump and auxiliary nozzles located on pipeline whose both ends are connected with pump discharge outlet opposite to nozzle of hydraulic elevator pipeline. Pump inlet is connected by means of other pipeline with hydraulic turbine outlet pipe. Hydraulic turbine inlet is directly connected with ambient medium. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption in operation of drum drive due to reduced hydraulic losses, simplified design, and increased productivity in catching of loosened material in mixture with water flown from under loosening drum.
