SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the strain Lactobacillus acidophilus Ep317/402 by its passage (3-4 times) from liquid cultural medium on solid nutrient medium, control over absence of bacterial contamination, strain culturing, biomass mixing with protective medium, freezing and drying. EFFECT: enhanced quality, prolonged storage time of bacterial concentrate.
