FIELD: mechanical engineering; storage and transportation of loose materials. SUBSTANCE: grate 9 is installed under upper edges of plates 1 to loosen material in hopper. Two-tier grate 9 is made of beams and is located horizontally in column of materials in hopper covering the area of bottom. Each beam of lower tier at side of bottom is provided with pins 12 arranged at angle to horizon. Number of pins corresponds to number of bottom slots and their length corresponds to depth of slot. Beams of each tier are rigidly connected by ends through hopper walls to horizontal links of four-link mechanisms, and vertical links are connected through horizontal supports with drive. EFFECT: stabilized process of material flowing out by loosening layer above slotted bottom, enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
