SUBSTANCE: proposed hopper has housing and bridge breaker including base, hermetically sealed casing connected with turning drive and rod with working members in form of knives. Rod is connected with reciprocation drive located inside hermetically sealed casing. Bridge breaker is retracted into space found in hopper bottom.
