DEVICE FOR RE-LOADING LOOSE MATERIALS FROM SOFT DISPOSABLE CONTAINERS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for unloading loose materials from disposable soft containers (sacks). Proposed device has intake hopper, knives for ripping containers with cutting pointed upwards, and re-loading mechanism. Hopper is provided with cylindrical wall to form slot between wall and bottom over perimeter. Rod is installed in center of bottom with said knives cantilever mounted at both sides of rod. Knives are curvilinear, with concave cutting edges and are arranged in vertical plane, one over the other, forming tiers with reduction of pitch in height and length of cantilevers. Flat disk with flat scrapers is installed under bottom and is rotated by drive. Flat scrapers are pointed towards rod. Flat scraper - agitator is fastened by one end over flat bottom, other end of agitator being pointed to said scrapers. EFFECT: simple design, provision of reliable unloading and agitating of material in container. 2 cl, 2 dwg
