FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: pancreas from slaughtering animals are milled, defrozen and suspended. Then preserving agent is added and obtained suspension is frozen to (-10)-(-18) C and then heated to +40-50 C. Suspension is kept to specific activity 6 000-9 000 PU/g. Ethyl alcohol at concentration 96 degrees is used as a preserving agent. Method is used for protein hydrolyzates preparing. EFFECT: increased activity of the end product. 2 cl
