FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to method, bore-holes are drilled in prepared site and piles are driven into those bore-holes. Then cast-in-place structure is erected on piles. Installed between configurated walls of structure or building and piles are hydraulic rams with supporting plates. Sinking process is started with pushing down piles by means of hydraulic rams which is achieved by increasing pressure in them. When pressure is reduced, structure itself is sinking down. At further reduction of hydraulic pressure in rams, structure is stabilized and fixed and ground is removed from interior of structure. Aforesaid process is performed repeatedly until structure reaches designed level. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
