FIELD: cardiology. SUBSTANCE: patient is observed and dynamically registered are clinical symptomatology and cytochemical indications of the activity of alkaline phosphatase of neutrophils, acidic phosphatase of neutrophils, succinatedehydrogenase, mieloperoxydase, and alpha- glycerophosphatedehydrogenase in neutrophils and lymphocytes of peripheral blood and also level of tyrosine in plasma. In the presence of clinical symptomatology, when certain changes in cytochemical indications are diagnosed, one states pulmonary infarction, hypostatic pneumonia, or Dressler's syndrome. In other cases, either only certain clinical indications or clinical and certain cytochemical indications are taken into account, their absolute values being multiplied by coefficients of linear discriminant function taking into consideration the sign. When sum of all products is greater or less than specified indications, any pulmonary complication is diagnosed. EFFECT: increased accuracy of diagnostics. 4 cl, 7 tbl
