SUBSTANCE: collection of fetal placenta after pinching an umbilical cord is conducted at the moment of pulsation stoppage. Body position of a neonatal should be at the same level with placenta. A part of normal tissue should be cut via the whole thickness of fetal placenta after its outcome. Then prepared preparations are stained with hematoxylin eosin to detect swelling both intra- and subepithelial localized capillaries into intervillous space, and at their availability a conclusion on hypertension syndrome is stated upon.
