METHOD OF MORPHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF THE SEVERITY OF PREECLAMPSIA Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2682251 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to pathoanatomy, and can be used for the morphological diagnosis of the severity of preeclampsia. Invention is a method of morphological diagnosis of the severity of preeclampsia by immunohistological analysis of the basal decidual membrane of the placenta, characterized in that cytotrophoblast determines the expression index of transcription marker (TFAM) of mitochondrial DNA and when the value of the expression index of TFAM is from 0.32 to 0.4 cu moderate preeclampsia is diagnosed, and with a TFAM expression index of 0.31 cu or less severe pre-eclampsia is diagnosed.

EFFECT: technical result of the proposed method is the expansion of the spectrum of morphological diagnostic methods for determining the severity of preeclampsia.
