FIELD: oncological diseases. SUBSTANCE: method consists in that, when maximum concentration of conventionally administered chemical preparation specific for tumor is kept in the blood, organism is exposed to limphostimulation factor involving biophysical (electromagnetic field, hyperbaric oxygenation, etc.), pharmacological (glucose, rheopolyglucin, mannitol, ascorbic acid, proserine, etc.), and biomolecular factors (endogenous morphine group and others). Advantages of proposed method consist in combination of elevated activity of the chemical preparation and its reduced general toxicity caused by stimulation of lymph-formation processes resulting in disintoxication. Contraindications are close to those of analogs: insensitivity of tumor to chemiotherapy. Invention makes it possible to enlarge indications for given method, to reduce laboriousness, to avoid a series of complications, and to reduce system toxicity. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of preparation. 5 cl, 18 tbl
