SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method of combined therapy of connective tissue sarcoma M-1 of rats using a conjugate of dipropoxybacteriopurpurin with doxorubicin, including photodynamic therapy and chemotherapy, carried out by intravenous administration of the drug and subsequent laser exposure to the tumor node through a certain drug-light interval, characterized in that a conjugate having both the properties of a photosensitizer and a chemotherapy drug with a structural formula is administered once intravenously at a dose of 5 mg/kg, and the mass fraction of dipropoxybacteriopurpurin (DPBP) in the conjugate is 2.76 mg/kg, and doxorubicin (DOX) is 2.24 mg/kg, and then after a time interval of 90–120 minutes the tumor node is exposed to laser light with a wavelength of 810 nm with the following parameters: energy density E is 150 J/cm² and power density Ps is 0.48 W/cm².

EFFECT: complete eradication of rat M-1 sarcoma using a new drug: a conjugate of the photosensitizer dipropoxy bacteriopurpurine (DPBP) with the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin (DOX) — DPBP-DOX, with minimal damage to surrounding healthy tissues and increasing life expectancy.
