FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method relates to medicine, namely to experimental and clinical medicine, and deals with treatment of malignant brain tumours in experiment. For this purpose ozonised physiological solution (OPS) is introduced in intracarotid way with additional introduction of chemiosensitiser, OPS and chemiosensitiser being introduced before chemical preparation successively.
EFFECT: method ensures increase of treatment efficiency with absence of complications due to synergic action of OPS, which increases tumour oxygenation and stimulates in it prooxidant process, and chemiosensitiser, which in conditions of increased oxygen tension acquires anti-tumour properties.
