FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has locking member as two leaves rotatable relative to the casing. Projections are made on the lateral surface of the leaves made with clearance relative to lateral surface of the mentioned casing member. The projections are positioned on the side with reverse flow and on the side of direct flow. Thrombus formation resistance is achieved by attaching the valve leaves by means of projections providing for additional canals formation and making canals crossing the surface of closing leaves for reversed blood flow. To improve hemodynamic properties, casing member for fixing leaves is placed on casing end face, that is, beyond its hydraulic opening bringing no additional disturbances into blood flow.
