FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied in cardiac surgery for substitution of affected natural aortic and mitral valves. Prosthesis contains ring-shaped body with internal surface, which forms blood flow through valve prosthesis, and leafs, placed in ring-shaped body with possibility of turning around axel of rotating between positions of opening and closing. Each leaf has ascending surface, directed to straight blood flow, descending surface, directed to reverse blood flow, surface of closing, which has possibility of interaction with respective surface of closing of the other leaf in closed position, and side surface, which has possibility of interaction with internal surface of body. On internal surface of body made are at least two radially oriented console projections, directed perpendicularly to axel of leafs rotation. On each leaf is made slot, which envelops respective console projection on body. On side sides of console projections on body, which interact with slots on leafs, made are surfaces, which form bearing part of hinge. On internal sides each leaf slot, which are directed to side surfaces of respective console projection of body, made are counter-surfaces, which form movable part of hinge.
EFFECT: increasing of valve thrombus resistance.
