FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped casing provided with fixing members bounded with supporting surfaces presented to the direct and reverse blood flows and lateral surface facing the central casing axis and cusps rotatable in the ring-shaped casing between opened position letting direct blood flow pass and closed position restricting the reverse blood flow, each having lateral external surface having grooves with supporting surfaces presented to the direct and reverse blood flows. The grooves are engageable with corresponding supporting surfaces of the said fixing member of the casing, coupling surface engageable with matching coupling surface of another cusp in closed position, ascending and descending surfaces presented to the direct and reverse blood flows. The ring-shaped casing has central cusp rotation angle restrictors having supporting surfaces turned towards the descending cusp surfaces and lateral cusp rotation angle restrictors having supporting surfaces turned towards the ascending cusp surfaces, supporting surfaces of each of the lateral cusp rotation angle restrictors are smoothly conjugated to each other under obtuse angle and each lateral cusp rotation angle restrictor is connected to the central cusp rotation angle restrictor with a fixing member. EFFECT: low hydrodynamic resistance, high-speed response; high reliability. 8 cl, 5 dwg
