FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be applied in cardiosurgery for substitution of affected natural human heart valves. Prosthesis contains ring-shaped body 1, forming blood flow 1, and leafs 2, installed in body 1 with possibility of turning around the axis of rotation between opening position and closing positions. Each leaf 2 has ascending surface 3, facing direct blood flow 1, descending surface 4, facing the reverse blood flow II, surface of closing 5 and side surface 6. On body 1 radially oriented consol projections are made. On each leaf corresponding to projection slot is made, forming movable hinge. On butt-end surface of body 1 on both sides from each consol projection hollows with cylindrical surfaces of rotation are made. On side surface 6 of each leaf 2 made are corresponding projections with surfaces of rotation, which interact with hollows, forming additional movable hinges.
EFFECT: increase of heart valve prosthesis reliability is reached due to elimination of uncontrolled mobility of leafs in undefined directions due to additional hinges.
