FIELD: ship building industry. SUBSTANCE: vessel is intended for storing unit, loose and liquid cargo when there is no crew on board. Vessel has airtight cargo compartments, pumping equipment, electric power supply and mooring facilities, ballast chamber. Also provided are pumping compartment and compartment for emergency access into vessel when it is immersed in water. Installed within pumping compartment are delivery pump and withdrawing pump which are connected through airtight plug to airtight socket located on outer surface of vessel hull. Airtight immersed power supply cable is connected with water area shore through control unit. Chamber and compartments of vessel are provided with lids for access inside vessel when it is immersed in water. Vessel can be made with elongated keel-type hull or with hemispherical hull. It can be moored to single anchorage buoy. Cargo storing vessel can be made in the form of submarine which differs from aforesaid types of vessels in that airtight socket for connection of power supply cable is located on its deck-house. Conditions of storing cargo in underwater vessels allow for preventing harmful influence of moving waves and low air temperature on cargo being stored. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 10 dwg
