SUBSTANCE: derivatives of bicyclopolyazamacrocyclophosphonic acids of the general formula (I) where R - group (C)_n; (x) (y) - T; x and y - H or COOH; n - whole number 1, 2 or 3; T - COOH, -C₆H₄R⁴ or -P(O)-(R¹)-OH; R¹ - OH or -O-(C₁-C₅)-alkyl; R⁴ - NO₂ or NH₂ at condition that one T should be the group -P(O)-R¹-OH, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Reagent 1: compound of the formula (I) where at least one group R means hydrogen. Reagent 2: phosphorous acid or its ester. Reaction condition: in solvent medium, in the presence of formaldehyde.
