FIELD: fish industry, in particular, production of fish fat from fish liver. SUBSTANCE: method involves crushing Alaska pollack liver; introducing water in an amount of 10-20% by weight of liver; introducing fish farce as coagulant in an amount of 5-20% by weight of liver; performing thermal processing combined with mixing with following separation of fat. Fish fat production line has ejector, hydraulic cyclone, netted water separating conveyor, liver collector, pump, fat melting device with mixer, accumulator, emulsion and fat pumps, separating centrifuge, fat settler, buffer vessel, filter or separator and fat tank.
