FIELD: sampling of liquids, fluid media or friable, spongy materials. SUBSTANCE: sampler incorporates hollow cylinder open in base and limiting open space communicating with aid that forms exhaust duct. Aids to cut off selected material manufactured in the form of elastic membranes are installed close to base of hollow cylinder. Sampler has one hollow rod connected with upper part to outer cylinder and at level of upper part of outer cylinder to exhaust duct and joined with its lower part to immobile piston. Sampler includes pressure chamber where sampling cylinder is mounted for movement and at least one hole made in lower part of hollow rod communicating with space of sampling cylinder. It is also fitted with aids located in upper part of outer cylinder connected on one side to supply source and on the other side to outlet to feed fluid medium under pressure into pressure chamber to ensure movement of hollow cylinder to sampling position and drain of fluid medium with lowering of outer cylinder onto hollow sampling cylinder. Aids to feed and drain fluid medium are provided with capillary tube to join rubber membrane to flexible hose located in upper part of outer cylinder and connected to source of supply of fluid medium under pressure.
