FIELD: study of vestibular analyzers. SUBSTANCE: device has support in form of horizontal base, up to 2 m in length on which person under test is secured with the aid of footrests, shoulder-rests and headrest. Base is provided with four vertical rods in head and tail sections; it is swingable within a range of from 0 to 30 deg. Horizontal base is provided with hoist for shifting it to antiorthostatic position. Secured on rods located in head section at a height of 60 to 70 cm is flat with drum which has white and black stripes; drum may change sense of rotation and position of axis of rotation. Device is provided with recorder for noting the physiological parameters of person under test during swinging of base and rotation of drum. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of professional selection of cosmonauts and pilots; improved quality of training; high safety of training; earlier diagnostics of vestibulo-cerebellum system. 2 dwg , 2 tbl
