SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivatives of erythromycin of the formula (I) where R - ; m = 1, 2; n = 1, 2; Ar - phenyl possibly substituted with halogen atoms, alkyl or alkylhydroxy-group, CF₃ or phenyl; A = B - H or A and B form together carbon-carbon bond; Z - H or C₁-C₁₈-carboxylic acid residue showing antibiotic activity with respect to gram-positive bacteria. Compounds of the formula (I) are synthesized by method involving stages of acylation, amination and cylization. Pharmaceutical composition has a compound of the formula (I) as an active component taken at effective amount and therefore can be used as drugs for treatment of patients with infections caused by sensitive microorganisms.
