FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to development of oil deposit by using water for displacement of repeatedly degassed oil. According to method, exercised are operating cycles by changing volume of displacing agent injected through injection wells and by changing recovery of liquid through producing wells. Changing intensity of injecting water and recovering liquid are undertaken successively and repeatedly so that taking place in oil deposit successively and repeatedly is initially degassing of oil until reaching equalized gas saturation of reservoir, and then solving of emitted gas in oil which remains in deposit. With that, performed are as many cycles as required for reaching equalized water saturation of reservoir. Continued development of oil deposit is carried out at bed pressure which corresponds to equalized gas saturation of final cycle. Application of aforesaid method can increase oil output of bed. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
