FIELD: mechanical engineering; compression ignition engines. SUBSTANCE: nozzle channel is provided with thrust projections for overlapping metal lobes arranged on end of pintle and forming closed conical surface so that, with pintle moving translationally upwards or downwards, cone angle formed by lobes charges under action of elastic force which contributes to forming fuel spray cone with cone angle changing depending on axial position of pintle. EFFECT: provision of smooth changing of fuel spray cone in process of injection, uniform distribution of fuel in combustion chamber space. 1 dwg
