FIELD: mechanical engineering; compression ignition engines. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, fuel is delivered to one nozzle hole of channel. High-pressure air is fed by self-contained pressure source through receiver and spool valve of nozzle providing control of air delivery depending on fuel pressure in spray tip pocket. This provides uniform distribution of fuel in volume of combustion chamber by changing the direction of development of fuel cone during entire period of injection. EFFECT: increased efficiency of working process in internal combustion engine at injection of fuel into combustion chamber by colliding jets method. 1 dwg
