FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion compression ignition engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed method comes to the following: in process of injection turning of elliptic fuel cone relative to central axis of collision is provided which is ensured by changing relative spatial position of colliding jets in direction of crossing by value not exceeding half of jet diameter. Nozzle spray tip seat locking cone is made movable and consisting of body rigidly secured in spray tip body, spring and nozzle proper. Inlet and outlet holes are made in nozzle whose axes intersect. Axis of inlet hole coincides with direction of possible displacement of spray tip nozzle proper. Axis of outlet hole intersects with hole in spray tip well which is made tangentially. EFFECT: improved quality of fuel distribution in engine combustion chamber at injection by colliding jet method. 3 cl, 2 dwg
