FIELD: qualitative and quantitative determination of content of chemical elements by X-ray/fluorescent process with correction of influence of disturbing effects of scanning. SUBSTANCE: process includes irradiation of sample by decelerated radiation of X-ray tube and registration of distribution of intensity of secondary radiation. Sample of material is irradiated by pulses. Each next pulse differs from previous one by minimum length of wave by constant value by feed of voltage with amplitude changing by constant value to tube. Composition of material is judged by distribution of values of intensities of secondary radiation obtained by consistent subtraction of each previous value of intensity from each next one.
