FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed spectrometre comprises X-ray tube, first and second reflectors arranged in succession along spectrometre optical axis. Note here that second reflector is arranged above X-ray fluorescent radiation. Detector and analysed sample is placed on work surface of second reflector Note also that spectrometre comprises a set of replaceable secondary radiators made from TiO2, CuO, Ge, SrCO3, Rh, Mo and arranged in truncated-come-shaped holder fitted on revolving axle running in bearing below X-ray tube anode, while first reflector is made up of two flat-parallel reflecting plates arranged one above the other.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity in required range of analysed elements atomic numbers.
