SUBSTANCE: this invention provides the device for energy-dispersive x-ray fluorescence analysis on the basis of secondary emitter which includes x-ray tube, secondary radiators, controlled material feeder, flask or conveyor with sample, device for detecting x-rays and a display, recorder and/or actuator, at that the device also includes collimator of radiation x-ray tube, even number n of alternating secondary radiators, motor, collimator secondary emitter radiation , collimator of fluorescent radiation sample, as a device for detecting x-ray radiation a scintillation detector, ballast, separating capacitor and narrow-band amplifier, tuned to frequency of radiators are used.
EFFECT: high energy resolution when replacing solid-state detectors (PDP) with tolerable rate of counting, which does not exceed 5×104-1×105 p/s.
