FIELD: optical engineering. SUBSTANCE: optical surfaces are formed when pouring several nonmixing or partially mixing liquids with use of carbon tetrafluoride liquids as one components with common formula CnFm, which makes it possible to use relief surfaces obtained as mechanically unimpaired passive and active optical elements (lenses, transparent and colored diaphragms, laser elements and decorative forms). When nonequilibrium pressure of vapors CnFm is created in dishes constant motions and oscillations arise in liquids, which allows formation of unstable optical elements. EFFECT: high-quality optical surfaces. 2 cl
