SUBSTANCE: method includes directing exciting laser beam at sliding angle no more than 20 degrees, onto surface of liquid or polymer film with thickness no less than 10 micrometers, surfaces of which are covered by molecular layer of polar molecules, or insertion of exciting laser beam into rib of said liquid or polymer film, or insertion of exciting laser beam into end of liquid thread with thickness no less than 10 micrometers and covered by layer of polar molecules. As film or thread film or thread of water solution may be used, covered by layer of molecules of surfactants.

EFFECT: possible production of polaritons in new environments, increased run distance and increased energy concentration.
